Rakesh practices Ayurveda & Vedanta in his own life & is very passionate about awakening Life Coach within & empowering other individuals with understanding the connections between body, mind, & spirit & leading them to live a balanced & healthy life. This knowledge is a never-ending quest & Rakesh continues to learn, share, & practice natural health & wellness in his own life.

Education & Training: Rakesh finished pre-medical at UC Berkeley & graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering & Computer Science. Rakesh attended Natural Medicine, Ayur-veda, schools AYU & Kerala Ayurveda Academy to become Certified Ayurveda Practitioner in United States. Ayur means life & Veda means science. Ayurveda is age old Vedic practice of Natural Medicine. Rakesh had the opportunity to learn from distinguished Ayurvedic Doctors who practice full time Ayurveda medicine & teach in Medical Universities in India.

In addition, Rakesh is a student of Vedanta for over 22 years. Vedanta is knowledge about SELF & how to apply this knowledge in living materially & spiritually fulfilling life. The word Vedanta is Veda plus Anta. Veda means science & Anta means end. Vedanta is a scientific approach to know our real inner SELF, & once you connect with this science, you attain lasting peace & happiness, & hence this science ends your search for anything else.
