Ray Williams is Co-Founder Success IQ University, a company with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Vancouver, which provides personal growth and leadership training programs and services, and President of Ray Williams Associates a company based in Vancouver, B.C., providing executive coaching services.

He brings over 30 years of leadership and training experience. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Professional Certified Coach. Ray is the recipient of the Master Educator Award from the American Society of Education Executives, and is an immediate past president of the International Coaching Federation in Vancouver, Ray has been a CEO of a large public sector organization with more than 2000 employees as well as a CEO and President of his own management consulting firm.

Ray has worked as a consultant for a number of Fortune 1000 companies, small to medium sized businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals on issues of productivity, leadership, corporate culture, and peak performance. He is a columnist for one of Canada's national newspapers, The National Post. He has been seen and heard on the CBC broadcast radio and television network, The Vicki Gabareau Show, and has reached millions through the popular radio show, The Good Life Network, spreading his message of personal and professional success.

He has written two books on leadership, The Leadership Edge, and Systemic Change and numerous articles on leadership, organizational change and workplace issues. Ray has also written and published two novels and a movie screenplay. He has given scores of keynote speeches, workshops and intensive training programs for groups in both the public and private sector.

Ray is passionate about using his far-reaching experience to help organizations create long-lasting and effective change. His unique academic background, professional skills and lighthearted approach led him to pursue a totally new and unique systematic approach to personal and organizational development.
