I was born and raised in the L.D.S Church. Through a series of events I became a Christian about 1985 and have been studying apologetics and cults off and on since then. I for one am grateful that Christianity is not a blind faith. There is indeed plenty of evidence to support its claims.

All Christians have a story about how they came to know the Lord. My story is a little unusual in that it was encounters with demons that caused me to flee into the arms of a loving Lord.
It is a common belief in our world today that if you are a good person you will go to heaven when you die. The bible however does not teach this at all. Nobody on the planet is good enough to go to heaven according to the Bible. So how does a person go to heaven according to the Bible?
Often many Christians seem to think we have no real use for the Old Testament. They have the mindset that was the old covenant and we live under the new covenant. We even give away Bibles that only have the New Testament. So what use is the Old Testament anyway?
We as Christians often use terminology that we really know very little about. One such example is when talking about being in the will of God? What exactly is that? How do you go about being in the will of God? The Bible does tell us some things about this, but to most it is somewhat of a mystery.
Sometimes as we sit down and read our Bible we are surprised at what we learn about ourselves. We may have read a certain passage a number of times and then one day the Lord uses it to teach us something we missed every time we read it before.
When I think about answered prayers I must admit some of the answers to my prayers were not pleasant at all. However God is not just a spiritual bellhop here to give me whatever I want. He wants to work on my heart and develop my character which I admit is a long slow unpleasant at times process.
The Bible tells us in James that we do not have because we do not ask. It also talks about our motives etc. Yet I wonder sometimes how different would things in our life be if we remembered to include God in everything.
One answered prayer will always stand out in my mind. As crazy as it may sound I once prayed for a tree to fall over. Much to my surprise the Lord actually answered that prayer!
It is fair to say that you probably have never seen anybody rise from the dead? So why would a person accept what the Bible says about Jesus rising from the dead? Is there any evidence to support this claim?
The Bible has told details of scientific fact long before mankind through science discovered they were true.
