Hello readers, I am Sanjana Nayak, a dietitian from Mangalore. A post graduate diploma holder in “Dietetics” and a university topper from the prestigious Manipal University. At present working as a Dietitian for the Manipal Group of Hospitals namely KMC hospital Mangalore, India. Consultant for corporates like Infosys and others, conducting talks and presentations for various associations and local television shows. Keeping in mind the needs of various people who are conscious about their health and well being, this site will help one to understand the importance of health and maintenance. People think being health conscious is a fashion and can be achieved by leading boring lifestyles but this is not true. Life can be interesting if looked at from a healthy point of view. Imagine having creaky bones and disorders such as diabetes, cardiac problems and obesity where a persons life span is reduced by many years and more and more people are falling prey to such chronic conditions related to stress and a modern lifestyle. A healthy body and mind can do wonders to ones well being and lifestyle. Hence let me share with you my knowledge and experiences in the field of nutrition.

    I Am Too Thin…please Help Me!!!!!

    As a dietitian, we are generally bombarded with cases who are over weight. But I had come across this case who wants to built muscle instantly. He came to me and explained that he has been working out from 3 months. His weight was 65 kilos and was 180 cms in height.
