Illuminating Relationships: Dancing in the LightWithin our individual spiritual development, a feeling of comfort exists within us as our place in the universe and a connection to something larger than us unfolds. We are happier, more peaceful, and realize full spiritual wellness. Once we know who we are today and where we are going, we can connect better to those around us. Whether we are in long term relationships or newly together, it makes sense that we share our understanding of that inner self as we know it. Keeping Life's Ledger in the BlackWe alone need gratitude for our own sakes and our own personal growth potential. We need to feel grateful and appreciate life so that we can benefit, and progress emotionally. However, the magic of the Universe operates with or without our appreciation. So, if what we send out is what we get back, and gratitude is a part of it, then we get that energy of appreciation back to us. How does that work and why? Be Careful What you Believe, Because you Get It!The Universe and your mind cannot distinguish between what you want and what you don’t want. When we ask for things not to happen, we get confused. We send the Universe, your higher power, your higher consciousness; however you wish to frame this, as well as other people, a mixed message. Send out a clear message of what you want, and what you want to see happen, that way you will see the results you expect and desire. World Peace One Person at a TimeBeginning with our self, every relationship we have is a stepping stone to World Peace. To accomplish World Peace, however, we must first have inner peace within ourselves. Why Goofing Off at the Office May not be a Bad ThingIn today’s cutthroat business climate, it’s all too easy to lose our focus, vision, and creativity in the race to meet deadlines, outshine colleagues, and snag the next promotion. That’s where goofing off at the office comes into play. Through the Looking Glass We See OurselvesGreetings become a mantra of mindfulness meditation. The more emotion behind the recognition, the more we know that this person truly reflects who we are, at least who we were at one time. The more positive the emotions, the more we like or love this person. The more negative the emotions, the more we reject the person in the mirror, this manifestation of ourselves. The Cost of a Fear-less WorldCould it be that our negative world view set the stage for a negative interpretation? We will gradually ascend to see our world differently, which will make our world different. What you send out, you get back. This is the law of attraction, and the law of the Universe. There can be no other. Did you Dread Valentines Day?Admitting that you hate Valentine’s Day is like saying you hate puppies and warm fuzzy kittens. Valentines Day traditions mechanically add stress, guilt and depression to relationships trying to find balance. On the other hand, the day can add to our loneliness and depression if we are not in a relationship, because it reminds us that we are alone in the world. Love is the Answer to Every QuestionFrom the beginning of time we have been attracted to each other and to the continuing cycle of life. This attraction leads to admiration, love, and in due course, to higher vibrations of light energy. At love’s first blush, our combined energy is a powerful thing to behold. We can practically see the stars light up as we become the focus and center of the earth, of our Universe.
