Shmaya is a certified Master Coach (MCI) and Master Executive Coach (EMCI) by the Israeli Coaching Association (ICA). Shmaya teaches at ICA's coaching courses for life coaching, executive coaching and coaching for ADHD at the prestigious Continued Education Center of the Technological Institute of Israel (The 'Technion') and in other venues. Shmaya also develops coach-training materials, courses layouts and coaching tools. In 2009, Shmaya teamed up with Raymond Katz, The Chairman of ICA and the developer of the "Results-Focused Coaching" © methodology. Katz's original system and tools was developed in Israel and is a proven success. This highly effective organized set of principles and coaching tools, which is only taught in ICA's training courses in Israel, is practiced through Israel's leading banks, Hi-Tech companies and even several government offices and the Israel's military, the IDF.
