Packaging plays an important role in product shelf life and marketing .

Different ovens are used in bakery manufacturing process for baking . Ovens are classified on the basis of fuel , type of heating , Oven bands , Physical dimensions etc . Oven consisits of burners in case of diesel as a fuel or heating rods in case of electrical ovens . Every bakery products have baking time for which its baked for final baked product .

Mixers are equipped with mechanical attachment in form of horizontal or vertical shafts in different shapes such as z , spiral etc . These arms or shaft rotate at pre determined speed and prepare dough or batters .
