Does the stock market close for lunch ?

A:Indian stock Markets open at 9.00AM trading starts at 9.15AM and ends at 3.30 PM and there are no breaks or closure for lunch. Most of the brokers and stock market traders will have their lunch after closing of the market or after finishing their trading.

A:If you are new to stock market try to learn fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Now the Indian stock market is in down trend. Select a stock after analysis and go for Long Term, because that is good option for the new entrants. You can start do Short Term and Intraday once you gain more experience.
