Mario has tons of tools in his bag of tricks, some familiar and some practically unknown. Lets take a look at the power-ups that has made the mustached master the iconic figure of gaming for the past 30 years.

Video games are saturated with bullets, gore, often times an insatiable urge to destroy, explode, or impale the nearest thing towards you. While intense action is always welcome in my gaming repertoire, at times I'd rather be entertained by the soft, fluffy, cute, and cuddly.
