    About Fluorescent Bulbs

    There is the old question about turning the light on or off and simply put turn it off when you leave a room whether it is a fluorescent or incandescent bulb. This is especially true if still using incandescent bulbs as they use double what the fluorescent do. The CFL light bulb uses half the amount of energy while emitting the same amount of light as an incandescent. The way it works is that a 60 watt incandescent light bulb produces 1150 Lumen, which is the term used for light output.
