In our previous two articles, we discussed the seven steps to making sure we can be the best that we absolutely can mentally. There are seven steps to mental wellness. Our mental attitude is just like our bodies, it requires care and maintenance to stay fit and at its best. Conditioning our mind should be a constant in our lives. One way we condition our minds is by asking better questions. The most important factor in practicing this exercise to better understand ourselves and others.

Previously, we started on our journey to making sure we keep our minds healthy. We discovered that being optimistic can do wonders for your overall health. We also discussed the seven steps to making sure we can be the best that we absolutely can mentally. The next step focuses on practicing positive self talk. Becoming aware of yourself mentally will help in practicing self tak. We will discuss various steps you can take to get you on the road to positive thinking and positive reactions.

A positive mental attitude is the real foundation for optimal health. As humans we have a drive to be the best that we can be. Achieving mental stability begins by taking responsibility for your own positive mental state, your life, your current situation and your health. What this means is that nobody but you can make you happy. Not a doctor, not a drug. Of course, these may be used as tools to teach you, but its all up to you.

In this topic, we discuss juicing fruits and its benefits. Creating healthy fruit drinks are probably one of my favorite things to do. Its not only healthy, but delicious too. It replaces the urge to eat the junk food we sometimes consume too much of and offers a tasty treat. The juice we discussed last week was the green juice. I explained how to make it, how to drink it and the benefits of it. So, today we move forward with the carrot. The one most important thing to me about the carrot, is that it has so many medicinal benefits and can be mixed with so many other veggies to heal various health issues and complications. It's also great for maintaining your health and used as a juice, the benefits are even more powerful.

It is especially beneficial to pregnant women. During the pregnancy, the fetus tends to absorb more of the mother's folic acid, leaving the mother's body depleted. This is why it is super important that pregnant women receive good prenatal care. The first thing a prenatal doctor gives an expecting mother is folic acid.
