![]() Trevor Watkinson - ArticlesI am Trevor Watkinson, weight management consultant and President & CEO of Save Your Sweat Weight Management Inc., a company I created to help people understand that exercise is not necessary for quick weight loss.
I am a former all-natural bodybuilder who has spent over ten years gathering workout and weight management information piece by piece. As a result of my studies, I no longer advocate exercise as a way to achieve the quickest weight loss. You would have to threaten me with death to get me to go jogging or pick up a dumbbell. I am not a nutritionist or a doctor. I am a regular guy just like anyone else out there, but because of what I learned during my bodybuilding days, I was able to document how I lost 40 lbs in only 12 weeks by limiting my calorie intake through making better food choices. My quick weight loss ebook is available for download from my website for only $10.00 because I don't think you should have to pay hundreds of dollars to join a weight loss program. Follow what I tell you in my ebook and you'll get results, period. Another reason why I left bodybuilding is that I gained my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. My website and blog started out being totally focused on my weight loss ebook, but they have now evolved to a different level. I now spend the majority of my time talking about the Lord Jesus Christ and attempting to show people how with a little faith, they can apply the personal development lessons learned from successful weight loss to other areas of their lives. My aims in this life are to spread the good news of Christ's soon return, to help people in any area of personal development, to be an all-around happy person and to make my wife's time on this earth as wonderful as possible. Drop by my website and blog and say hello. I'd love to hear from you. Regards, Trevor.
