When the pancreas produces to little insulin or none at all the body is not able to properly utilize the insulin in the bloodstream or the glucose stored in the muscles and liver as glycogen. When the body is unable to use glucose as an energy source it then begins to use the fat stored in our bodies instead as a source of energy, but as stated in a previous articles this can have negative repercussions.

Diabetes is classified as a disorder of an individuals metabolism or the way in which the body processes or digest the food we consume to provide the energy we need to grow and sustain ourselves. When we consume food, the food is digested and turned into glucose. Glucose is a type of sugar that our bodies use to provide the energy we need to live since it is our major form of energy.

At some point in our lives we will experience Heartburn, Acid Reflux or the more severe GERD this in most cases will be due to what we eat, how we eat, poor health and other factors which will discussed shortly. When you suffer from heartburn what is actually happening is that your stomach acid is fuming then it refluxes and enters the esophagus resulting in a burning sensation, pressure and pain in your chest.

Hemorrhoids also know as Piles is a condition involving the veins around the bottom rectal area which tend to get inflamed which leads to pain, itching and bright red blood on toilet paper or stool if the vein ruptures.
