COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!!! I was skeptical about bringing in my 20 year old Civic for upkeep to Front Range Honda dealer in town. I feared the service plan dept would present me with a laundry list of worn goods that require attention. But I couldn't have been happier when Terri Jameson, my program adviser, called me a few hours later to tell me the car looked fine, that if I wanted to hear quotes for the little worn goods the tech located, she'd inform me - no pressure at all. I declined and picked up the car after work, and found that they'd washed it - for any simple maintenance service!
FRIENDLY!!! I've since bought a plain-Jane Fit from Larry at Front Range Honda and purchased some splash guards, bumper trim and all-weather mats. While I'm ambivalent about the sales dept, components was Friendly and known as when the objects arrived. I picked them up on a Saturday morning and tried my luck to get a no-appointment install on a hectic Saturday and Terri came through for me again (only my second visit). In 90 minutes components were installed and my vehicle washed. Terri is certainly one of the nicest, comfortable to talk to advisors I've met, and I work with auto support departments to get a living, so I've met hundreds. I'll keep coming back to Front Range Honda!!
Very FRIENDLY!!! I go to Front Range Honda to obtain my Accord serviced and I just wanted to inform every person of my expertise. I just recently moved here and was looking for any place to get my Honda serviced. certainly one of my friends recommended I go there considering that he takes his car there. Being within the military we have moved a lot and I have to say that this will be the greatest customer service that I received. My advisor was Especially Warm and friendly and helpful. She showed me all the amenities and made me feel comfortable. I inform every person about them given that I am huge on fantastic customer service, they treated me the way I deserve to be treated.
