There is no right or wrong, it is more a matter of making sure the aspects of the stroller fit your requirements.
Finally, it is worth thinking about accessories that often come with buggies, including cup holders, bag holders, umbrellas and so on. Most of these are sold separately, and in some cases, buying all the available accessories that attach can substantially increase the amount you pay.
