Here are some points to remember to make a baby bash a fun roll not just for the kids but for the organiser(parents) as well.

One,to make a baby bash, a bash; a lot of preparation needs to be put in. You will most probably want to center your party around a theme that can be followed up through out the course of the bash. This will maintain a certain amount of excitment during the party and will make your party the talk of the town, a week before and after the party. The themes you would like to choose can be anything from a Sci-fi adventure theme to a circus and clown theme or even an amusement pak theme complete with a merry go round and slide, as long as the safety of the guests is not compromised. The theme needs to be choosen depending on the birthday baby's

liking and the age group the bash is for. If the bash is for a bunch of one year olds a simple clown and magic show will be enough to keep the little guests pre-occupied and entertained. For two year olds, an ideal solution would be either a theme based on amusement parks or another they would love is a costume party.And this makes great sense as by now these little kiddie guests are mobile and have learned to walk. Balloons, candy and lots and lots of kiddie food is a must have to satisfy the guests.

Next step is the invitation process. Babies sometimes seem like conversational pieces. Thus, your network of friends increases as you tend to meet the parents of other kids in the same age group of your own child. These people can become your buddies and friends, swapping babysitting hours allowing you to unwind and relax. Thier children are your guests and not the parents. Thus baby bashes must always have the baby and its little friends as the center of focus.

Third, food preparation. Finger foods must be the mainstay of the menu as this is a party for kids. Kids can't normally take too much of food hence the food has to be served in small portions. If needed you can seperate the food for the adults and kids, if parents are invited. Sometimes parties can become adult get togathers if no other babies are invited or unable to make it for whatever reason.

Whatever be the theme, one must bear in mind the the baby's comfort level and liking. For example, some kids have a fear of clowns hence alternate arrangements must be made to create another theme or a modified theme.

Forth, the clean up. Once the party is all over, its time for sweepin away the mess. The most easiest way to get rid of the excees food is by asking the moms and dads to take the excess food away. This will keep the kids behaved during the drive home as they will have someting to munch and keep themselves busy. Kids normally don't pay too much heed to food during play. But once on the way home, thier stomachs begin to ask for food. This take away food can make good return journey snacks.

Now with these tips in mind, baby bashes will no longer be a nerve racking and trouble some experience that moms and dads would try and run away from.
