Make time
Once you are back at work you need to make spending time with your baby part of your evening and weekend routine. During the first few weeks your partner may be spending a lot of time breastfeeding. Make sure you look after her while she is. Offer her plenty of drinks and snacks and make sure she's comfortable. When breastfeeding becomes an established routine you could get involved by giving your baby a bottle of expressed milk yourself.
Don't be afraid of a cuddle.
Whenever you get the chance, wherever you are make sure you have a cuddle. It will make you both feel great.
