This sometimes comes about when one parent or the other has specific thoughts about the baby’s name. What sort of specific thoughts you may ask. Oftentimes there is a desire by the mother or the father to name the baby after oneself or another family member. This may have been something that he or she thought would go without a discussion or disagreement.
Another common scenario is that you may have always wanted and planned a particular name for your baby. But now you have friends or relatives by that name; should you use the name anyway?
