If we take a closer look, it is evident that bankruptcy comes in the category of crime. Some people choose this way because they have no other way left for beating credit card debt. This kind of problem was once faced by my daughter. She got into heavy trouble, and no other choice was left for her but bankruptcy. I know that was not the right way, but after some investigation, we realized that no way was left, we had to take that way for beating credit card debt.
Mostly, I thought bankruptcy is the same crime as theft. My daughter was in a very deep problem, as far as her debt was concerned. We had to choose bankruptcy to get rid of the problem. It was a hard and very serious step to take, but sometimes we have to take this kind of decisions, when no way is left. It was very comfortable to know that the decision we took, was right and the problem was solved. This changed her life, and her life became better than ever. She had erased her credit case debts. Now she is living a more managed life and does not have fear about loans, because she found out, how dangerous it was for anyone's life to have a debt
