Do you wish to improve your vertical leap but don’t know which program to use? If you are anything like me, you don’t want to feel like a goose and fall for the hyped promises being made; fork over your hard earned cash, then find out the program is a complete dud.
Literally thousands of programs have popped up out of nowhere over the last 2 years so what works, what doesn’t?
It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack, isn’t it?
Well after years of wasted time and money, I have found 2 vertical leap programs that I believe to be the most efficient, informative and contain the most value for your money.
1. Double Your Vertical Leap
Written by Luke Lowrey, is the cornerstone of vertical leap development on the internet. I at first was a bit turned off by his hyped up claims such as…
• the only coach in the world to have over 7 athletes with 50 inch vertical leaps
• people wanting to shut him down because his information is so potent
• His elite NFL, NBA and Olympic clients don’t want him to release this info to the public
• Big corporations have offered him over $10 million to buy his business because they want control all of his lethal information
• And he hangs out with Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton and others.
However his program was extremely informative, (over 300 pages) and goes really in depth scientifically. He also has great information on recovery and supplementation that I have not read anywhere else.
The only downsides to his program are that it calls for 2 hours of training, 6 days a week and costs $297. If you have the time and money you can visit his site here http://ljohnstone.theverti1.hop.clickbank.net/
2. The Vertical Bible
Of all the vertical leap programs out there, I believe this to be the best. Written by Kelly Baggett, who himself took his vertical leap form 23-42 inches is extremely affordable for us everyday folk.
Unlike the Double Your Vertical Leap program, this one makes a lot of sense to me. This is because Kelly backs up his program and his claims with real world proof. He points out a few common qualities/characteristics in all athletes who have large vertical leaps, and shows you how to effectively improve these qualities yourself.
He actually has around 20 different programs to follow. Before you start, you have to do 3 tests, and your results determine what program you follow.
What I like about his ebook is that it is no-nonsense. It is easy to read, and is straight to the point. His program only calls for training twice a week, and he has had some amazing real world proof of his program working.
So if you don’t want to waste money or years experimenting (like I did) I suggest you grab a copy of the vertical bible. It is one of the cheapest and most effective programs on the internet.
