The Jump Manual is great and effective vertical jump training system that teaches you the right exercises and how to perform them correctly so as to get the maximum gains. To pass off essential targeted plyos as "simple" is to misunderstand the importance and efficiency of a plyometric exercise WHEN it is done correctly. If you are looking for a secret exercise or set of exercises to help you increase your vertical jump, it simply doesn't exist. My personal opinion is that if you properly read the manual perform the exercises as precisely prescribed, you will definitely get the results you want.
