Janet Kaessinger lives in California with her husband and two cats. She has had Portable hot tubs for many years and always enjoyed them even when she lived in Oregon with its cooler climate. In today’s harsh economic times, she wanted to continue with getting the best value for her money so she invested some research into finding discount hot tubs, what they had to offer, and prices. She’s happily soaking almost every day now. Her cat Isis often sits outside on a patio chair, just watching, and waiting for the bubbles to appear. Then, she’s off.
Getting a portable self-contained hot tub is a great idea if you plan on moving a lot, or that’s just in your nature. Remember the 1970s with its tie-dyed t-shirts and wine barrel hot tubs? I’m talking the large ones here, not the ones you see nowadays and used as planter containers. Still, they sometimes developed splinters and there’s nothing like the sight of your friends hopping up suddenly and clutching some part of their body.
The smooth and sleek and colorful portable hot tubs of today are terrific. I’ve seen them online or on display as small as one person units, to up to hot tubs that can accommodate twelve people or so. Some have built in reclining benches and are usually blue swirling waves colored. Sometimes they have inlaid mosaics or a surrounding gazebo that can be purchased. Of course, you get a larger one and it can still be portable if self contained, but it would take a few people to move it. Most often the really portable ones are for a couple. I think the idea of the portable ones is great in that you can move it to a few places within your yard.
Sometimes the smaller portable hot tubs can be indoors too, although I love looking up at the stars. The redwood surrounding my current hot tub reminded me of the old days, and the simple wine barrels. It is durable and can stand up to weather. I definitely didn’t want to pay a lot when I bought my most recent one so I checked online for discount hot tubs. I was surprised at the variety and differences in prices. After I researched it a bit and looked at several sites, I made a decision and a couple of weeks later it was shipped to my door. It didn’t take much setup, that’s for sure.
