Floor Couture On the Right Footing At Wellbeing Centre

A newly-opened wellbeing centre, developed on the principles of Feng Shui, has turned to Barefoot Floor Couture to create an environment that connects with the senses underfoot.

Mollington Grange Wellbeing Centre has been designed to be in harmony with its tranquil environment, set in a courtyard of converted farm buildings on the outskirts of Chester.

Rosa Ellis, who is both the proprietor and a therapist at the centre, has a passion for holistic therapy, aromatherapy and massage - and is inspired by Feng Shui.

She found Barefoot’s unique, seamless Floor Couture – which has been developed in tune with the Far Eastern art - a perfect fit for her needs in the new venture.

Barefoot Floor Couture’s Cocktail Fizz finish - part of the Unique collection - was specified by Rosa, in the golden toned, sparkling Manhatten shade.

Rosa said: “I was wowed by the superb Floor Couture studio at Barefoot, the staff there and the Feng Shui consultation, which came as part of my choosing this type of floor.

“Barefoot provided a Feng Shui survey which really attracted me to the flooring.  As a result of this, the furniture has been arranged so that the vibrations run harmoniously through the building.

“This enables people to feel more relaxed. The survey was really comprehensive and looked not only at the building, but how the team interact with each other. 

“I’m unaware of any other company which would be so forward thinking in their approach to meeting clients’ needs.

“One of the benefits for my colleagues of working barefoot is that is gives them a better posture, and the experience offers benefits for our clients too. To walk barefoot uses all the reflexes in the feet, creating a sense of wellbeing in its own right, before clients have even started their therapies.

“It also looks sleek and superb and is really easy to maintain. I love its sparkle and the way it runs seamlessly and continues the atmosphere from one room to another.
