It is the right time to lose weight in spring. Girls are trying their best to get rid of the fat stored in their body before summer. But before you take actions, you'd better learn some healthy ways to keep fit so that you will not lose weight at the sacrifice of health.

When you are on a diet, the foods should contain less fat and calorie but can provide the nutrition you need as well. Therefore in order to thin out but keep healthy, you have to keep the balance of your meals. It is advisable to take the foods which have little calorie but much nutrition.
Some tips for losing weight

1. More haste, less speed. You can reduce the heat at a rate of 500 to 1000 calorie everyday gradually so that your health can be protected.

2. Keep balance of nutrition. Choose various kinds of foods. Never reject a kind of foods forever. Or else, you will not be able to get the nutrition contained in this food.


3. Change the process of your meal. You may have your meal before having soup, which is not the right process. Here I will introduce the right way to have meals. First, you should drink up the soup. Then, it is time for the vegetables. Finally, you can have your meat and rice slowly not too quickly for you have to give time for your lung to digest.

4. Fix the quantity you will take before meals, and chew carefully and swallow slowly. Besides, you ought to be careful. That is to say it is not a good habit to have meals and watch TV and read books at the same time.

5. The way to cook. You may cook the meals in the following ways: boiling in clean soup, steam in clean soup, poaching, cold and dressed in sauce which do not need too much oil while frying is a way to be forbidden.

6. Get away from concentrated foods which have high calorie especially some sweet and fried foods such as candies, egg rolls, Western-style desserts, skins of animals.

7. Forbid nuts which have high amount of fat. Nuts like groundnuts, melon seeds, cashew nuts, pine nuts,etc.

8. The three meals should be your focus. And try to divide them equally. Say, not lay particular stress on any one. They are equally important. What's more, cookies and something like that can be left out from your food list.

9. Take foods which have high amount of fibre. Vegetables have low heat but high quantity of fibre, which make them the best choice for dieters. Beyond that, five cereals are also acceptable.
