Blogspot – BlogSpot uses RSS type feeds. Add “/feeds/posts/default” to the end of the url of the blog for all BlogSpot.com or blogger.com blogs. i.e., http://thenameoftheblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

MySpace: MySpace.com uses ATOM based feeds, and all you need to do is look on the Myspace page for the Broadcast Icon. A typical Myspace blog feed url would look like,
