Chinese Kung Fu achieved larger development in Ming and Qing Dynasties. With the development and heritage of Chinese Kung Fu, there come out many kinds of Chinese Kung Fu.
The variety styles of Chinese kung fu can be roughly divided into the northern and southern styles and the internal and external styles. It is said that "In external kung fu, you exercise your tendons, bones, and skin; in internal kung fu, you train your spirit of your qi, and your mind."
