Hidden method: Lift more weights
It's true, lifting more weights has actually a few beneficial effects to help you better reveal that beautiful six pack of yours.
1.) Doing the right kind of weights will actually help to keep your body in good proportion. Exercises like the shoulder and bench press will actually help to broaden your shoulders and make your chest appear bigger. That way, your six pack will look right at home on that body of yours. Nobody wants an awesome ripped six pack, while having a flat chest and narrow shoulders. The image is just not as appealing.
2.) Lifting heavy weights, especially in the morning, will help to keep your basal metabolism up for the whole day till you go to sleep. In fact, it is this residual metabolism increase that we will be leveraging on to help you achieve that six pack without actually burning too much time. Would you rather be flaunting those six packs instead of spending hours in the gym working for it? Get real. Start doing what's effective and lift heavy weights, especially in the morning. A simple routine will be to choose a weight which you can only do for 8 repetitions and carry on with the following plan:
-1 set bench press
-1 set squat
-1 set shoulder press
Repeat the above cycle for 3-5 times, according to your individual preference.
