How to Get Big Biceps

Do you like big biceps? Does your mom lke big biceps? Your brother, sister, uncle, aunt, son, daughter, girlfriend, teacher, boss... do they like big biceps? The answer will probably be yes 90 percent of the time. Why is it that everyone loves big biceps? It is quite interesting when you think about it but it is really just natural response with scientific basis. People love biceps because they are sexy. They appeal to females because they are appealing in a sexual manner. Big Biceps are also loved by men(not talking about this in a gay manner) for the simple fact that girls love men with big biceps. Men are always looking for ways to be accepted by their female counterparts and getting big biceps is one of them.

So how do you bet big biceps then? That is a difficult question yet an easy one. You don't need much to get big biceps but you need to be consistent. The four main tricks to getting big biceps are: EATING BIG, WORKING OUT HARD, STAYING MOTIVATED, GETTING ENOUGH REST.

To get big you must eat big. Eating big means eating when you normally wouldn't, eating a lot more food, and eating better quality foods. When you are looking to get bigger versus getting ripped, then you should try to eat lots of foods instead of only high protein foods. What I would suggest is to try to eat a lot to put on mass but be smart about what it is that you are eating. It is alright to eat more sandwiches without worrying about if its whole wheat bread or what not. It is not alright to eat purely fat foods like chips, cookies, crackers, and sodas. Eat lots of protein and you can get a supplement to help you with protein intake.

Getting big biceps is not really possible without working out hard. You must workout your biceps to get them big. There are many strategies to get big biceps but usually you will want to work them out with LOW REPS and HIGH WEIGHT if you are looking for pure size. On the other hand, if you are looking for purely defined biceps, then do the opposite: HIGH REPS and LOW WEIGHT. Be intense and your biceps will be intense.

Staying motivated is another key component when trying to get big arms. You will want to find what motivates you. Make it something that will not fail to motivate you day in and day out. Find some long-term motivation like the thought of having people envy your big arms or beating someone up in a fight. Then find some short-term motivation like pump-up music to get you through your tough workout.

Getting enough rest is the final most important aspect of your quest to get huge biceps. Your body naturally needs rest in order to rebuild muscles. You can't just workout and go to bed at 1AM everynight. You also should not work out biceps very intensely everyday. You will burnout and your biceps will not see any growth. Get your sleep so the tissue can repair. This is more beneficial than having your biceps always torn up. They will never grow. Get rest and they will grow big!!!

To conclude follow these four steps to big biceps:

  1. EAT BIG
  2. WORKOUT HARD
  3. STAY MOTIVATED
  4. GET ENOUGH REST
