Remember all the superheros out there. Batman, Superman, Spiderman and all the rest of them. I think that every single person on this earth knows about them even though they are not real. But when I was a kid they were very real to me and I wanted to know how to get big muscles like my superheros.
Everybody knows how important it is to take care of their body. The health industry and everything related to it is growing and growing every year. You have millions and millions of health supplements to choose from and the variety is always getting more and more.
It is an interesting fact that the wellness industry is valued between 800 billion USD and 1 trillion USD a year. It is fantastic that the industry is growing and people are getting more knowledge about how important it is to eat healthy and exercise on regular basis.
You need to consider some basic steps about bodybuilding and here are some of them:
1. Nutrition - eat food that is rich of protein and you also need carbohydrates. What I can recommend is for example: fish, chicken (not deep fried of course), rice, oatmeal, bananas and eggs. If you just eat more of this you will feel a big difference fast.
2. Sleep and rest: Your body needs time to rest. Divide your exercises throughout the week so the muscles in your body get the rest they need to grow. For example if you are working your biceps on a Monday (Do not do it again on Tuesday). Your muscles need rest. Try to get 7-8 hours a sleep every night. You will not have the same power in the gym after a 5 hours sleep.
3. Become familiar with the correct way to train. Lift heavier sets with fewer reps in every set. (One set is for example a repetition of 6 reps). Do 3-4 sets of heavy reps.
I realise I will never be one of the superheros I loved as a kid. But I take care of my kids and family and still I have time to take care of my body and be in the best shape I have ever been in.
