A hard gainer is a guy who usually has trouble building muscle. He is thin to begin with and never had to worry about being overweight. Rather, he is more concerned with how to gain muscle. Do not go to weight training exercises that target just one part of the body. Therefore, exercises such as biceps and triceps pushdowns should be avoided. The reason is that they do work on throughout the body, but deplete energy reserves. Instead of going to compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, etc. Try to make the most of the exercises on foot. This way you will be lifting heavier loads and targeting more muscle fibers.

Secret # 4 - Do not underestimate yourself

People always want to prove to themselves that they are very strong and will add around heavy weights, without knowing whether it is really necessary.
