Growing muscle workouts are not similar to just a regular 'workout' because you major consideration is to build and grow the maximum amount of muscle you can in the fastest way. This means focusing only on what is essential of going from skinny to muscular and leaving all the other dross behind because you want to be toned don't you?

To start with you have to remove wrong notions of how to do physical activity based on the second hand advice of those who really have no idea of the right thing to do. You also should be careful of advice from guys who obviously have superior genetics in the muscle building aspect who may not have any idea what it is like to be a hard gainer. Have you known some guys going to to the gym every day to work on one muscle group? Monday arms, Tuesday chest, Wednesday legs and so on? Don't forget that anything is possible if you have the endurance to do it. it needs a little hard work, but it will surely be good for you in the end.
