"The workforce are those who are forced to eat dung, clean it, step in it, or get it thrown in their faces." The people who drop dung are called "Executives." The lower or mid management are left to clean up after the executives with pressure from both sides.
Dunlap examines the habits of different dung beetle species, and compares them with the human characteristics of individuals in the corporate world. There is a mix of personal tales from his youth, and reference to his own government and industrial experience throughout his 24-year career in civil service.
This book on business details the many ways to describe excrement – literally. The executives leave excrement - symbolically -for mid management who then must deal with it.

Scott W. Dunlap is a native of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. His distinguished 24 year career in civil service resulted in many innovations and improvements in training, education and information technology programs for the U. S. Navy.
He and his wife, Robin, currently live in central Florida.
