If customers were to be welcomed by holding their hands, you would have rolled down red carpet for them. Sadly, it is up to them to shun or select your offer. Don't get bewildered? Ever thought, what you can do to bait them.

Trade shows and exhibitions are even a bigger challenge as you have moving customers. No one is bothered to purchase from you unless you make them realize that you have got the best deal for them. But will you call out for customers explaining your products and deals? The obvious answer is -NO. If you employ the right advertising techniques, you can certainly lure customers. As already mentioned these are moving customers and they would look all around and locate the most stylish stall. They are sure to go into that 'best-looking' stall for at least giving a glance at the products on offer. And here your bait has done its job. There is no gainsaying that even a cursory look of a customer can make your day. Once the customer is in the stall, it is your selling skills that are on work.

So, the first challenge is to look distinct among others. Your stall or point of sale should be distinctive and easily noticeable. There might be four adjoining stalls selling the same product as yours but to flock customers you should work on the appearance of the stall. To put it simple- banners, spot-lights, light boxes, counters, brochure holders will do the task. Outdoor banners- reading 'sale' or 'discount' in big, bold letters and some relevant information- are very inviting. It's not about bait and switch. But one can really tempt customers by offering genuine deals and say it a bit boisterously.

It is very crucial to tell the customer that yes 'We Exist'. In trade shows making your presence felt is not a cake cutting job. You can of course crack the nut by using eye-catching banners. You can also tie up with the event organizer and get space for your advertising on every direction board. All the arrows indicating directions of the fair acquire attention in no time. If your name reflects there, you are certainly going to have lots of customers in your kitty.

Nowadays, Retractable Banner Stands come in varied design and the best part is their portability. One can assemble it in a minute there and then. So, don't frown over trade show displays. Pop-up banners and outdoor banners are a boon to any business. Banners can back one's stall by drawing more customers and one can rake in by using stylish and attractive banner stands to draw the attention of the customers.

Replace conventional display boards with classy flag-shaped or dragon-shaped banner stands for cool exterior. In addition to the banner stands, spot lights or light boxes can be magnetic. Lighten up your stall with elegance to stand apart and steal the show.
