Exhibiting at a trade show can help with branding your company. It also allows for introduction and marketing of your products and services. In essence it gives you a platform to spread the word about your company amongst interested show attendees.
However, you have to come realize with the slow economy you limited funds to market yourself but don’t want to be amateurish with a low quality trade show booth. Contracting the services of a display to an exhibit rental company can make the event more affordable while providing a professional image for your company. Do not let money be the barrier between you and a successful show.
At the show it is imperative that you make a good first impression. You never know when your next customer or an existing client might come walking by your trade show display. A perfectly designed trade show exhibit can set you apart from the crowd and can provide your company with an extra sense of professionalism.
You should always be aware of the show regulations. Make sure to ask the association about height limitations and other restrictions that may apply towards your display. It’s better to ask too many questions and be informed then to run into complications on the show floor. Many full service exhibit companies have the capabilities to handle all your show services and display option needs, just do some research and find reputable one.
You should take notice of you exhibit space. Are you in an aisle or end cap? How much space do you need for your display equipment, collateral, and promotional materials. Do you plan on using banner stands and literature racks these aspects are important factors in helping with the selection of the appropriate trade show display rental?
If possible a good way to get feel about the trade show and types of displays being used is to contact other exhibitors who are attending the show. Most business that isn’t direct competition with you will be more then willing to share their knowledge and experiences. While renting a display gives flexibility it’s always best to be prepared and fitted with the proper equipment.
Remember educating yourself on trade show marketing, show services, and regulations will help avoid conflicts. Education will pay dividends through cost savings and provide a greater return on your investment.
