Be the man and sincerely tell her that you are sorry. Don't use other words such as "I'm wrong", "I'll never do it again", or "I feel so bad". Use the words that are meant to be said, "I'm sorry". These are the most meaningful words that you could say.

Say "I love you"
Even though she might still be mad at you, the words "I love you" could not be more powerful. After you have officially said you're sorry, nothing is better to say than "I love you". It shows your woman that you care about her, and that you truly are sorry about what happened. Also, it proves that you are willing to work through any other argument that you might have in the future.

Invite her out on a "make up" date
If you followed these steps, you should forgive each other, and begin to forget about the big fight you had. The best way to forget about what just happened, is to go out on a "make-up" date. It is a great way to get your mind off the argument and to enjoy the other person's company.
