I Have Lost The Love Of My Life

I have lost the love of my life, you are feeling so you are certain you want to get your ex back.   Yet there are some things that you can do that will make your ex fall over themselves in love with you again 

You should make a start by thinking of all the problems which caused the break up in the first place.  When you are certain to have determined what the problems were, you have to find solutions to these problems and put these solutions in place before you can work on how to get your ex back.

When a relationship starts, the two partners are keyed up to make sure that it works.  They will make a great effort to do everything that will please the other partner.  Spending as much time together as possible is delightful for them as everything in the relationship is so new and they have so much to learn about each other. 

After a few months, normally between three and twelve months and sometimes more, the relationship passes to its second phase often known as the comfort stage.  This phase is when the first cracks start to appear in the relationship and it is now that many relationships split up. 

The troubles often start as women have difficulty in interpreting the signals that their man is sending to them.   They see that he starts to be more at ease and they think that he is trying to pull away from them.  Their reaction is to get closer to their man and seek more assurance that he really loves them and is not trying to get out of the relationship.

On the other hand men interpret their partner’s behavior as desperation and need on their part.  They begin to worry that the person they met at the start of the relationship who was so confident and full of joy has change over time into someone who is desperate and needy.  This is not the person they were first attracted to and they start to distance themselves from the relationship. 

They get the impression that everything they do is wrong and that they are making their partner sad relationship for all concerned and so they start to distance themselves from their girlfriends.  They break off the relationship because they see their partner as someone different to the person they chose to fall in love with, and not the type of person that they wish to spend the rest of their life with.  . 

So if you have broken up and want to get your ex back, don’t rush into things but use the time and space you now have take some time to reflect on matters.  The first thing you need to do is to recover you’re your lost confidence and realize that you have the right to be happy again.  You need to get back to finding things to do that interest you and going out with the friends that can help you to learn to enjoy yourself again. Soon you will see that you really do not have to depend on your ex for an existence; you can stand up perfectly well on your own two feet. You don’t really need him in any way.

When you arrive at this stage, you are ready to try to get your ex back.  Invite him out for a coffee and a chat and let him see for himself that you are really the confident and happy person that he so appreciated when he first met you.  These qualities made him fall in love with you then and they will make him fall in love with you again.  He will be so happy to get back the happy and easy going person he once fell in love with so don’t forget this message for the rest of your life. 

You will never find a perfect relationship because it doesn’t exist; there will always be high points and low points.  What is important is that you learn to enjoy the time you spend together and you will never say again “I lost my love.”  Instead you will be telling everybody how “I found the love of my life”.
