Who are K Properties Management LLC? What Do they Do?
They are a rental company located in Austin, MN. They manage many different apartment complexes, and always seem to have what I am looking for! When I was growing up, I of course being a single guy needed a single bedroom efficiency. K Properties management in Austin, MN had no issues hooking me up! They took care of cleaning the property before I moved in, so that when I moved in it was all clean and ready for me! I didn't have to worry about it when I was moving! So I was excited to get out on my own!
How did it go when it came time to move? Great!
As I got a little older, I got married and decided it was time to upgrade for that small efficiency into a bigger two bedroom apartment. Again, K Properties Management LLC was happy to help! They got me into a very nice apartment that had just opened up! Once again, I all I had to worry about was moving! They made sure to make the transition as simple for me as possible!
How did they react when I moved a third time?
As time went on my wife and I had a few kids! Since we were not prepared to purchase a home on our own yet. I called K Properties Management LLC, and they were happy to help once again! So We upgraded to our 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home and have been living here ever since! So I would like to say thank you very much K property management LLC for making everything go so smoothly and helping me by fitting my needs!
