CMA-CGM : Jacques Saadé perd contre son frère Johnny.
Jacques Saadé, PDG de CMA-CGM, troisième transporteur maritime mondial, a essuyé un echec singlant infligé par le Tribunal de Grande Instance de….Marseille.
En effet, Jacques Saadé avait porté plainte contre son frère Johnny, pour diffamation avec demande d’interdiction de communiquer, demande jugée infondée par la 6ème chambre du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Marseille.
Ce dernier a declaré « irrecevable la constitution de partie civile de Jacques Saadé ».
Il est à rappeler que les deux frères se livrent une bataille sans merçi autour de la CMA-CGM, Jacques Saadé faisant notamment l’objet d’une plainte pénale pour faux bilans déposée par Johnny auprès du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris.
Cette bataille coïncide avec le scandale qui touche Jacques Saadé et ses directeurs en Egypte pour corruption. La justice égyptienne attend, en effet, le retour de Jacques Saadé pour l’intercepter et procéder à son arrestation, en application de l’ordonnance du Président de la cour des affaires financières Wadih Hanna Nached et l’approbation du Procureur Général egyptien.
Une affaire qui promet d’être riche en développements.
