The company’s products have been sold under private label by IBM, Lucent Technologies, Compaq Computer and other third party solutions providers. Commence supports thousands of customers through a worldwide distribution network, with outlets in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

The company has very aggressive customer acquisition plans for their newly released web-based Hosted CRM solution that includes distribution through strategic business alliances as well as direct sales. Valentino will assist the company in finding global partners who are interested in expanding their product offering with a world–class CRM solution that is delivered over the Internet and sold as a service.
