First type of failure known as stress relaxation

Stress relaxation takes place when electric powers are exposed to a large amount of pressure for an extended period of time. As temperature intensifies and as aluminum materials are added in the output, the case of stress relaxation worsens.

The second type of breakdown known as corrosion

Corrosion is a breakdown that takes place when electrical power connectors are exposed to outdoor environments together with severe instances. The first manifestations of corrosion in electrical components are seen through the thin film development situated on the contacts of the connectors. When compared to corrosion in other systems, this is not a usual occurrence.
