Facilities Services Group Acquires Spice Gas
National property maintenance provider Facilities Services Group (FSG) has acquired Spice Gas from the Liberty Gas Group.
The deal enables FSG to enhance its service to clients who utilise the company's compliance offering.
FSG Compliance Services has 162 operatives and specialises in providing statutory works to a range of clients across the UK.
It has extensive knowledge of statutory regulations - advising clients of their legal responsibilities and providing peace of mind regarding the safe operation of their business outlets.
The acquisition of Spice Gas sees commercial gas services join a suite of existing services from FSG Compliance Services, including electrical testing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning servicing, fire equipment and emergency lighting testing and portable appliance testing.
Ken Passey, Operations Director of FSG Compliance, said: "The acquisition of Spice Gas enhances the already potent compliance offering to our clients and increases the real value that we can provide."
