Every morning as people get up and are travelling to work allot of them dream of one day having the opportunity to work for themselves. Every time the boss man tells someone that they have to come out on a weekend in order to finish a report or project is when people start seriously thinking about the benefits of being in there own online home business.
Do you have dreams like this too?
If you do it is important that you ask yourself some very critical questions before you take the plunge into self employment. Allot of people dream of the perks of being there own boss, but few consider the sacrifices that have to be made to bring this dream into a reality. Try not to make the same mistakes.
You must enter online home business ownership with open eyes. Ask yourself the following questions then answer them honestly.
Are you the kind of individual that relishes every opportunity to gather by the office water cooler for some social interaction? Do you like going to long lunches with your piers and looking forward to the office fun and sports day? If so, then maybe owning an online home business might not be for you. However if you are the type of individual that is content being alone at your cubicle, talking only to customers and minding your business, then you may have the stuff to succeed as an online business owner.
If you feel easy on your own, and don't need a set of employees gathering around your work station, then you too can enjoy the freeness that can allow your family and yourself to live a lifestyle you deserve and want. If you make the decision to have a home online business there are a couple of thing you need to always consider.
Remember you are now the boss; are you really able to conduct your work independently? Do you have the tenacity and drive to preserve your new online business? Will you have the necessary time to put into your business to help it grow into the money maker you would hope it can be? When you are the boss the success of the business is now your responsibility, you are responsible for the victories and disappointments.
Working at home can empower you to achieve things you could not have before when you were working for a boss that just did not like you, who would not allow you time off to take your baby to the doctor when she was sick or called you to the office on Christmas day. Having A home business allows you to have all the thing you want, imagine no more pushing and shoving for transport on a morning, no more worrying about loosing your job, you are now the boss.
Always stay positive, focused and driven in your business even if profits are not as you hoped, family members might be negative, friends not supportive with there dead end nine to five jobs. Try to ignore all of this and keep an admirable positive attitude and show everybody what kind of metal you are made of. If you would like some free home business ideas check out the attached link.

Small Scale Affiliate Marketing
By: Shikina | 22-07-2008
I'm looking to establish a direct affiliate relationship between myself (the affiliate) and one specific retailer that I deal with regularly. They're not looking for any other affiliates other than myself, but I need this to be a software-based solution. Anybody know of any generic code out there that I could modify and pass off to the partner? Are there any other solutions that don't involve paying huge upfront costs, or a recurring commission to a 3rd party network? Your help is greatly appreciated!
