How To Become A Successful Network Marketing Distributor

So, you have decided you want to start your own home based business and have seen the incredible potential or network marketing. So how do you become a network marketing distributor? If you are serious about being a successful network marketing distributor you need to think carefully about how you are going to do it. Too often, people jump into a network marketing opportunity without considering the following things -

1. Your Team. Consider the team you are joining. Do they have good support for their members, training materials, weekly training sessions, 24/7 chat room or phone support? Do they share their methods of recruiting or keep it a secret? Do they help their team members learn how to become successful or do they leave them to fend for themselves. You need to joint a supportive team with good leaders for the best start in network marketing.

2. The product. You need a product that is going to be easy to sell. Often, a product is really good but only once people have been using it for themselves. Choose your product very carefully. The best products to sell online are ones that are going to help people make more money in their business. that way, if someone is already in business online you can still do business from them without making them leave their current opportunity. 3. Compensation Plan. Look carefully at the compensation plan of the company you are interested in. Do they reward you for helping others? Look for a company that rewards you generously for helping your team members grow their teams and not just for personally recruiting. The foundation of network marketing is duplication and so you want a company that focuses on team work and rewards those that focus on duplication.

4. Timing. Timing Is EVERYTHING. Often, there's a lot of excitement with "pre-launch" companies but no security - how do you know they are going to be successful when they haven't launched yet? On the other hand, joining a company that has been around for years in your country means that you can't use the excitement to grow your business fast. 5. Investment of time and money. I say this, because so many people are looking for a "get rich quick" solution. No body that is making $10,000 per month got there without hard work and determination. Fortunately, network marketing is the only industry where you can turn $400 into MILLIONS by following a simple step-by-step strategy. To start a traditional business requires that you take out a huge loan and work 20 hours a day, 7 days a week just to break even (if you are lucky!). Network marketing is an opportunity for average people to become millionaires, but you still have to do the work.
