Autosuggestion Guide For Network Marketers

What's all this hoopla about Autosuggestion?

Simply put, it is a way to program your mind. There are 3 different parts to your psyche. We have the superconscious, the subconscious and the conscious. In reference to autosuggestion we need to be in tune with the subconscious.

Subconscious thoughts control the basic body systems. Automation is great. What if you had to consciously think of all of these functions? The subconscious also acts like a computer. The input received equals the performance output. This is a double-edged sword.

If you are constantly exposed to negative people who are telling you that you can't build your business then your subconscious soaks up that input like a sponge. Conversely, if you listen to CD's and read positive, encouraging books telling you that you're a winner your subconscious believes and acts on that.

Now autosuggestion steps into the picture. Napoleon Hill researched several millionaires over 20 years and disclosed that every single one of them implemented autosuggestion in one way or another. These folks were in varying vocations with incomparable backgrounds. He also stated that you could not attain an exorbitant level of victory in any arena without employing autosuggestion.

Autosuggetion is purposely programming your subconscious brain withthoughts and principles that will move you toward a specific intention or dream. We are steadily stormed with unfavorable facts every day - the news, the radio, a lot of music, TV, folks at church, etc Network Marketers must willfully endow their minds positive input in ways greater than the negative they get from their habitat.

Autosuggestion Concepts:

3. Imagery


Objectives and Dreams

Before moving on any autosuggestion plan of action you must have a clear, short and sweet, recorded target with a time line for its completion. If you don't understand where you are moving with your Network Marketing efforts you will surely never get anywhere.

Daily Affirmations

This is a gigantic ingredient of autosuggestion. Type your intent on a 5x7 piece of paper by hand. Writing this out by hand will help placing it in your subconscious brain. Type it in the present tense as you already possess it. Put emotions into your declaration. How does it feel when you reach your desired outcome? What color is your new car? How does the money feel in your hands?

Here's a nice example. . . .

"It feels like a thousand pound weight has been lifted from my shoulders now that I have earned at least 100k from my network marketing company by December 31st, 2010! This has gotten our family debt free and earned us a long deserved vacation in the Bahamas to go scuba diving!'

Read your declaration at least twice daily out loud. Take action on it every day. After 30 days this message will be etched into your subconscious brain and all of your actions and thoughts will automatically gravitate toward this target.

Visualization

Spend 15-30 min each day with your eyes closed picturing what it will be like when you have climbed to the top of the mountain of success. This may seem weird at first. You may begin by only being able to concentrate for five minutes. That's alright. Keep taking action on a consistent basis. Your psyche thinks in images. Think of the word "elephant." What image flashed into your mind? You instantly saw a picture of an elephant didn't you? You must develop these pictures for your intents as well. The best way to do this is in a quiet, dark room with your eyes closed. Most people find it easier to concentrate in this atmosphere.
