MLM Business owners have many problems in common among them are How to Generating Free MLM leads, but just as big is problem is not knowing how to get the support of their family. For years I struggled with this problem. One day it dawned on me that I needed to unite my family together & get them on the same page that I was on.

I choose to unite my family even more, instead of creating more division. This is when I decided to give ownership to every member of my family. Along with a title description their vacation was tied to the performance of their duties. I wanted my kids to feel a sense of pride in doing good work. My obligation as a father is to raise responsible adults not irresponsible children. My family agreed that the measure of their work would have to be based on results of new Free MLM Leads Generated, actual sales and New Recruits in my MLM Business. After all I want them to realize that in life you reap what you sow.

Since I am the leader of my family with over 35 years of business experience I assigned each of my family members a job that needed to be done daily for the betterment of our family.

This is also important to their future because my MLM Business is actually willable, sellable, and transferable. There are two other benefits to the monetary gains that I desire for my kids, besides the monetary one. One of those reasons is that my kids will gain self respect. People tend to take care of what cost them the most. So since it is costing my children more effort they will work to preserve & continue to grow the Family Internet MLM Business rather than squander the money. They won't have the attitude of easy come easy go.
I have read in many self education books that the difference between the super rich & the poor is in the way that they raise their children. For the most part the rich groom in their children to take over the family business or at least instruct them that they need a higher education to run their own business successfully. Where as the poor advise their kids on a good education so they can get a good job. Do you see how the level of the bar is higher for the rich kids where the level of the bar is much lower for the poor kid.

Since I began inspiring my kids to help me I have more time for leisure which I have been able to devote to my kids. I am now able to take time off to spend with them and actually enjoy their company without being stressed out thinking about what I should be doing. The help of 4 extra pairs of hands and 4 extra minds do really make a difference.

In regards to my wife she didn't want anything to do with my Home Based Business at first. She didn't know about the huge success I had in another MLM Business Opportunity 15 years before I met her. This Lady along with her husband Published a magazine for marriage encounter. She gave some great advise for getting your husband to not only approve of your Christian Activities but to get him to join you. She advised that when you get home from a prayer meeting embrace your husband with a big hug and a Hollywood type kiss & allow it to lead to other things. If you do this every time you come home from a Hotel MLM Meetings or Home MLM Meeting your husband will eventually get so curious that he will join you at those meetings & support you in your Home Based MLM Business Opportunity. Your husband may not react in the way you want the first time, it may take 5, 6 or maybe even 10 times. However the amount don't give up he will come around.
