PB21SP Wire-O Punch & Bind Machine: The Perfect Small Office Wire Binder

Posted: Nov 19, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

Looking for a high quality Wire Binder for your small office binding needs? Well we may have found the perfect machine for you. James Burn, known for their high quality and efficient bindery equipment, has manufactured a low-volume wire binding machine perfect for any small office, and even home personal use. The PB21SP Wire-O Punch and Bind machine punches round holes in a 2:1 pitch, (2 holes to every inch) giving you the capability to bind the full range of Wire-O size books, including those as small as 1/4" or as large as 1-1/4". The PB21SP offers expanded functionality and flexibility for your Wire-O finishing needs. With fully disengageable punching pins, you can easily punch and bind books other than standard letter size, without ending up with half of a hole on the end of your sheet. To remove the punching pins, simply pull the punch pin lever out to disable the punching of that hole. This manual punching machine is activated with a full-bar punching handle, which makes it perfect for all users; right handed or left handed. It includes a manual wire closer to complete your bind, making the PB21SP a fully capable wire binding machine. Horizontal punching makes it easy to align your sheets to get the perfect side margins, and perfectly round 6mm holes are punched. You can punch through as many as 10 sheets of 20 lb. paper in one pass, and can bind as many as 280 sheets of 20 lb. paper with the 1-1/4" Wire-O Binder. A closed punching throat limits your books to a maximum binding edge of 13", giving you the capabilities that only a small office requires, saving you money on features that you do not need. The PB21SP even includes a diameter guide, which tells you exactly what Wire-O supply size you will need based on the thickness of the book that you need to bind. Measuring only 6" x 6" x 12" and weighing only 20 lbs., it can fit on any office table or desk and be easily moved to a new location if required.

The PB21SP is not your typical "cheaply made" wire binding machine; made of plastic with a flimsy handle that you are afraid to pull to hard, in case it might break. It is made of durable materials built to outlast other machines of its class. The PB21SP is perfect for any small office or personal user who wants to bind up to 50 books per day with the most popular method on the market (Wire-O) and without breaking the bank.
