Taking Action In Network Marketing
Many people will advise you to set goals. To create success in anything including MLM, you need to find out what you exactly want and set a goal to achieve what you want by a certain date.
However, in order for your goals and plans to have any worth at all you have to put ACTION behind them!
Action is, I believe, the biggest thing that is missing in most MLM home businesses. It's easy to sit down and write out a bunch of goals or plans but it is much harder to take action every single day, week, and month in order to achieve your goals.
Ask most Network Marketers and they can tell you precisely what their goals and plans are. So why aren't more Network Marketers more successful? I believe that it all boils down to how much action they have taken!
Most MLMers just fail to take enough action. They research, they plan, they write down their goals, they will even brainstorm with other people, but when it comes time to just simply do the things that will create results, they will procrastinate. The awful thing about procrastination is that, the more you do it, the more it will make it difficult for you to start taking action.
The solution for procrastination is to just take action. DO IT NOW!
Ask yourself this question: What have you done this week to make your business as strong as it could be?
If you're not sure if you're doing enough you should start by making a daily log of everything that you do for your MLM business. Write down every time you talk to someone about your MLM business, do any advertising, do a Blog post, write an article, etc. Be as specific as possible and don't leave anything out!
Once a week has ended, you should be able to look at what you have done and see if perhaps you're not doing as much as you thought you were. Or if you're not certain if it is enough action for any given period, take your journal to a meeting with other successful Network Marketers and ask them how your journal compares to theirs.
Goals and plans are great but it is the action that will make you successful. What have you done for your MLM business this today? And what are you going to start doing RIGHT NOW to make sure you reach all of your MLM home based business goals?
