This total 929 figure is quite close to the figure of 981 in the month of April in 2009. The trend exhibited by pending sales has shown an upward movement for the past several months. In May the number was 817, it reached the figure of 800 for the first time in the period of 3 years.
The pending sales value of 917 was high by 34% of the previous value of 692 that was reported in the month of May, year 2008. All these statistics again point at another fact, it indicates the sales for the upcoming 2 or 3 months, the pending sales would soon become closed sales.
