There's Never Been A Better Time - For An MLM Home Business

Posted: Mar 04, 2011 |
Even though we now are experiencing the deepest financial crisis since the Great Depression there is a way for you to:

-earn more money
-pay less taxes
-and be free of the 9-5 schedule

And it's through my all time favorite enterprise, the MLM home business.

Every day we hear more gloomy news about the ongoing and never-ending global economic crisis. And in fact, we have been faced with record deficits, record unemployment, record bankruptcies, record foreclosures and record bailouts.

The dollar has been in a nosedive for years and millions have seen their personal savings eliminated.

The conventional model that we have been taught doesn't work anymore if it ever did. When I was a student what was into my head went something like this. Go to a good school, study hard, get a good job, work for forty years and save for retirement. Does that sound familiar to you?

The first problem with this ideology is that the system was originally set up to train all of us to be 9-5 workers and so it never really was a real plan for prosperity.

Now that the economy lies broken and countless on Main Street are just plain broke. And the icing on the cake is that, after a lifetime of work Social Security delivers the average American retiree with under $500 per month. Not enough for anyone to survive on in their golden years.

what options are there? Many people choose to set up their own business. The main difficulty is that starting a small business can be a very expensive venture indeed. Failure rates are extremely high with 90% going belly up within the first five years. A mountain of government red tape has to be waded through and massive time commitments are unavoidable. Franchises have their own issues.

There is a solution. Robert Kiyosaki, well known entrepreneur and the most popular business author of all time, calls the MLM home business, also known as network marketing, "the perfect business" and it's easy to see why.

Traditional businesses fork out huge sums to get their latest shiny products to your home. I remember reading once that 90% of the cost of that home theater tv you see in the store goes into marketing, advertising, warehousing, sales and other costs. On the other hand in an MLM business many of these expenditures are eliminated and about 50% goes directly to the people who linked you to the company and their products - your MLM upline. MLM is a much more efficient system for distribution than old business models.

Depending on the MLM company, the compensation plan pays you a percentage on a defined number of levels of the customers and distributors you have enrolled. There is a potential for you to build an enormous residual income. Remember, it does require a lot of work, dedication, patience and persistence.

Starting costs are amazingly low, for the most part under $500. And an MLM business is flexible enough to be managed part time until the new member is able to earn enough to say goodbye to their regular employment.

One of the features I love about my mlm business is that I don't have to deal with orders, shipping, stocking or billing. It lets me focus on what I do best and that is teach, connect with others and build a true team of business associates with whom it is in my greatest interest to help prosper. Their success is MY success. It is a true win-win situation.

The key reason why some firms thrive while some implode during an financial recession is still a puzzle to many people business-owning business owners. Some wrongly assume that all businesses should suffer via recessionary cycles. But the truth is that some companies are usually essentially recession-proof, and it is not necessarily because they are much larger, better known, or a lot more generously capitalized.
