Ioannis MitrouThe Internet has been fantastic for businesses worldwide as is evidenced by the increasing number of them selling online today. Many people have been slow to embrace the Internet however, because of a lack of trust.

In this article, let's take a look at why honesty and integrity are so important for an online business in building trust.

When new persons comes to your website for the first time they generally have no idea who you are. This is different than walking into a place of business where they can physically learn about you. They can use their senses to see what type of business you are operating.

They can literally feel, see, smell, and hear what is going on in your business. This can be a little more difficult to do with an Internet business although things like audio and video are helping with this.

As they become more comfortable with your website there are some things that you can do to establish integrity. One of the most important things that you do is you create a testimonial page of previously satisfied customers.

You also want to have an about us page, a frequently asked questions page, and a contact us form so that they can quickly and easily get a hold of you. You may want to go so far as to provide a telephone number, and a way to do instant chat as well.

You are doing all this so that you can make more sales. Honesty and integrity in online businesses is everything because viral marketing is a big part of what happens on the Internet.

Viral marketing can go both ways. A satisfied customer can tell many of their friends who could become satisfied customers of yours as well. An unsatisfied customer who feels that they were taken advantage of will tell even more people, and those people will never become your customers.

Internet integrity is everything because sales will not happen without it. There are many scam artists out there who are only interested in making a quick buck. If you run an online business that you want to be around for the long term then you must build it on integrity.

In summary, integrity in an online business can be the difference between succeeding and failing. You will work hard to develop a successful business and it is important that you treat your customers right and honestly, both today and in the future.

Over the years I have found 10 qualities in students that make them good students. To me a good student is not always the student that gets an A. Some students can get an A without even trying and they will take any path they need to, to get that A. Then there are those students that work their little hearts out and get a B or even sometimes a C and they are much better students that the A student talked about above. A student is someone that wants to learn and study to make himself better.
